I might not be the right person for mystery books. I don't like that the whole thing revolves around a huge twist at the end.
But even if this book would not be of that genre, I would not have liked it much. The protagonist is an old Chinese lady you're supposed to like because she's so quirky and headstrong. I didn't, though. She's an ass for most of the book and I wanted it to be over.
